Cinnamon, Spice, and Everything Nice

Opening my email and seeing a message from my Tante Zenta {fyi... tante means aunt in Latvian}
is the sure sign that something really, really delicious is my future.
She emails recipes of her most recent yummy creations and I am definitely a very willing recipient.
I know anything that she sends my way is going to be just delectable.

This cinnamony, sweet recipe for a Pumpkin Spice Latte is a Tante Zenta Special
 that is unbelievably addicting.
You absolutely must whip a batch up for yourself.

For four Pumpkin Spice Lattes, combine four tablespoons canned pumpkin,
four tablespoons sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon, and one teaspoon nutmeg over medium heat.
Add four cups of milk and one cup of strong brewed coffee
and stir until hot and steamy, about five minutes.
Next, take the mixture off of the heat and add in two tablespoons of vanilla.
Blend in a blender for about 15 seconds until your latte is nice and frothy.
Pour in mugs, top with some cinnamon whipped cream, and enjoy!

Mmm...mmm...mmm... good 'til the last drop.
